Celtic Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations at Vineyard Estates, our affordable housing community located in Phoenix, Arizona.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor the onsite maintenance team.
- Oversee apartment turns, preventive maintenance, and work order completion.
- Ensure the community is maintained to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, painting, and general maintenance issues.
- Manage inventory, vendors, and maintenance budgets.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing, and company safety standards.
- Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency maintenance.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of apartment maintenance experience.
- Previous Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance skills.
- EPA Certification required (Universal preferred).
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
