Position Summary:
As our Training Associate, you will play a key part in enhancing the competencies of our onsite team members by delivering training programs that align with our company’s core values and provide support and training. This role partners closely with community and regional leadership to deliver engaging training programs, onboard new employees, provide hands-on operational support, and promote consistency in company processes and standards. As a Training Associate, you will collaborate with our Training and Development Associate and Director of Property Services by identifying training gaps and develop target solutions to address them.
Compensation:
Starting at $35 an hour and up depending on experience

The work schedule for this job description is Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm, weekends and after hours are at times required to fulfill this role successfully.
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time (40 hours per week)
