TEMPORARY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Temporary Maintenance Technician to join our team for the summer Turn season at our luxury student housing community in Flagstaff, Arizona. This is a seasonal role focused on preparing apartment units for August move-in, ensuring every resident arrives to a clean, safe, and ready-to-go home. TEMPORARY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous maintenance, janitorial, or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, stooping, and standing for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
TEMPORARY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with unit turnovers throughout the summer season.
- Inspect apartment units and ensure they are move-in ready.
- Perform touch-up painting in units as needed.
- Pressure washing of building exteriors, walkways, and common areas.
- Support the maintenance team with any additional tasks assigned by management.

- Work Setting: In-Person at Park Place Flagstaff
- Employment Dates: Start Date-End Date (Confirmed upon Hire)
