As a Maintenance Technician, you will maintain buildings and ancillary/amenity areas along with assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in the operations of the Maintenance Department and meeting the needs of our residents and staff. Responsibilities Implement preventative maintenance, safety, and good housekeeping practices.Inspect and maintain the property, buildings, and equipment.Organize, prioritize, and promptly complete unit make-readies, service requests, and general maintenance tasks.Ensure the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive. Perform minor repairs on units' appliances, floors, walls, cabinets, doors, and fixtures.Follow all safety procedures, including wearing safety and protective clothing.Maintain inventories of supplies, tools, and equipment needed for repairs. Qualifications One-year maintenance experience in property management or a related fieldPossession of minimum tools requiredAbility to be available “on call” 24 hours, seven days a weekHigh school diploma or equivalent, preferredValid Driver’s License Required TestingCriminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR Position Type HourlyFull-time Competitive pay & benefits (including healthcare & 401k) Position LocationPeoria, AZ; Reporting: direct to Maintenance Supervisor.
