Property Manager (LIHTC)

We are looking for a TAX CREDIT PROPERTY MANAGER FOR THE QUARTZSITE, AZ AREA to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned residential properties.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties.
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards.
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants.
• Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner.
• Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants.
• Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses.
• Oversee properties’ personnel and assess its performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have Experience in LIHTC PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
• Must be bilingual in SPANISH.
• Must have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Property Manager in a 80 unit apartment complex.
• Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects.
• Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software.
• Well organized with excellent time management skills.
