What You'll Do
Lead all day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring financial, operational, and resident satisfaction goals are achieved.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop on-site team members while fostering a positive and accountable team culture.
Manage property budgets, monitor financial performance, control expenses, and report on operational results.
Drive occupancy through effective leasing, resident retention, outreach marketing, and community engagement efforts.
Oversee rent collections, delinquency management, lease enforcement, and resident relations.
Ensure the community maintains excellent curb appeal, quality standards, and compliance with company policies and Fair Housing requirements.
Partner with maintenance teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely completion of service requests, capital projects, and property improvements.
What You'll Bring
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Three or more years of leasing, sales, or property management experience.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and property performance.
Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and work independently.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software systems.
Knowledge of Fair Housing practices and multifamily housing operations.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $55,000-$60,000 annually, based on experience.
