Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing general housekeeping duties in resident apartments and common areas that includes but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, and emptying trash
Responsible for high quality laundry services to residents in accordance with company standards, which include collecting, washing, drying, folding, and delivering garments and linens to residents
Ensure that the community is kept clean and sanitized at all times by following the housekeeping schedule designed for the community
Ensures all vacated and model apartments are "show-ready"
Maintains housekeeping cart and laundry room(s) in a clean and orderly manner
